Q: What is a session?
A: A session is a way our website uses to store your bookings temporarily
Q: Why do sessions expire?
A: Sessions expire because when you make a booking, the rooms that you book are taken out of our booking pool, so that nobody else can book that room before you. So once you leave the site, and if you didn't complete the booking process, then we need to give the rooms you selected to other people.
Q: How long does a "Session" last?
A: It depends on how busy we are, but generally 1 hour.
Q: But what happens if If my booking takes longer than an hour?
A: Whenever you do anything on our website, and you have an active session, then the time untill your session expires is reset to 0. This means that effectively, you could keep the order process going for up to 24 hours, as long as you kept on clicking once an hour.
Q: I have more questions about sessions what can I do?
A: Our advice would be to search Google, other than that we would suggest not bothering your head about it.
