The Reservation Highway team were a delight to work with.  After a serious fire at the hotel we had booked for our event, they went above and beyond to help us reallocate over 160 guests just a few weeks away from our event.  They really helped relieve the pressure in an extremely stressful time and did it with a smile.  I can’t express how fantastic they were, the team are professional, polite and their quick response and positive attitude was brilliant.  I would certainly recommend Reservation Highway.

Chartered Institute of Housing Conference & Exhibition Harrogate International Centre

Reservation Highway has acted as our accommodation agent for the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference and Exhibition for five years.

This complex week-long event is one of the largest professional events in the UK involving some 10,000 people, most of whom require accommodation.

I would like to say that the Wounds UK Team have a really good working relationship with Reservation Highway and have had over the past few years. All the staff are very helpful, polite and professional, bearing in mind that when we are organising our larger conferences there are a lot of requests for changes in accommodation requirements, testing the patience of everyone. However, the Reservation Highway Team carry out all the changes without any fuss and to the satisfaction of the Wounds UK Team. We have had various companies contact us with offers to work with us but I have always said – thank you, but no thank you.

I would hope that we can continue working together for the foreseeable future.

I would like to praise Sam, your out-of-hours representative, for her sterling efforts last weekend in sorting out my accommodation needs when I was attending an exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham.  She was pleasant, friendly, and most helpful, despite it being out of working hours.  I have not experienced such a good level of customer service from anyone for many years.
