We have experience working on events in many different locations throughout the UK and can offer expert advice on the suitability of each venue and the associated accommodation in terms of location, availability and price.

Our dedicated team will provide friendly, professional and independent advice and support to all who wish to use our service.

What we do?

• We take a full brief of your event requirements
• We source a range of suitable venues to meet your requirements
• We produce an easy to read proposal giving a brief description of each venue and the costs. 
• We forward this by email with web links to all venues for quick reference (hard copy by post)
• We negotiate the best possible rates
• We secure the space, pending your decision
• We discuss the proposal with you and extend the search if required
• We arrange on-site visits to all venues
• We give fully independent and unbiased recommendations
• We view all contracts prior to signing to ensure the best terms and conditions are secured.
• We will appoint an account manager
• We will provide a free on-line accommodation booking service
